Who we are

Ready In Corp is a California real estate corporation (DRE Lic. #01961324) headquartered at 20486 Carrey Road, Walnut, CA 91789. Mortgage origination is provided by an NMLS-endorsed loan officer (NMLS MLO #1192848). Where this policy refers to "we," "us," or "Ready In Corp," it includes all three lines of business — real estate, property management, and mortgage.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use our services:

  • Identity & contact — name, address, phone, email, date of birth, driver's license, Social Security Number (where required).
  • Financial — income, employment, assets, debts, bank account information, and credit reports obtained with your authorization.
  • Property — addresses, lease terms, payment history, maintenance requests, and inspection reports.
  • Background screening — credit history, eviction history, and criminal background reports for rental applicants.
  • Site usage — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and form submissions; collected via standard server logs and cookies.

How we use it

  • Provide the services you request — listing, buying, leasing, managing, or financing real estate.
  • Verify identity, evaluate creditworthiness, and screen rental applicants.
  • Comply with the California Department of Real Estate, NMLS, IRS, and federal Fair Housing / RESPA / TILA / GLBA obligations.
  • Communicate transaction status, escrow milestones, and account notices.
  • Detect fraud and protect the security of our systems and clients.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver the service or as required by law. Categories of recipients include:

  • Lenders, escrow officers, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, and county recorders involved in your transaction.
  • Credit bureaus and tenant-screening providers (with your written authorization).
  • Vendors and contractors performing property maintenance, with the minimum information necessary.
  • Government agencies, courts, and regulators when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information — not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), California residents may request to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected, used, or shared about you.
  • Delete personal information we hold (subject to legal record-retention obligations).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — though we do not engage in either.
  • Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

§ 06

Federal financial privacy (GLBA)

For mortgage and financial services, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires us to give you notice of our information-sharing practices. We share nonpublic personal information only with the financial institutions, service providers, and regulators necessary to originate, process, or service your loan, and only as permitted under 16 CFR Part 313. You may not opt out of disclosures necessary to complete a transaction you initiated.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in to the borrower portal and to remember form progress on the rental application. We use privacy-respecting analytics that record aggregate page views with no cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser; portal sign-in will not work without them.
§ 08

How long we keep it

  • Real estate transaction files — 3 years after closing (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 10, §2729).
  • Mortgage loan files — 25 months minimum after action taken (12 CFR §1002.12 — ECOA).
  • Property management trust accounting — 3 years (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §10148).
  • Rental application records — 2 years, then securely destroyed.
§ 09

Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and document-shredding for paper records. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with Cal. Civ. Code §1798.82.
§ 10

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Rental applicants must be 18 or an emancipated minor.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
